QUESTION: Do you have a catalog that can be mailed to me?
ANSWER: Yes, we now have a catalogue which you can request. The catalogue has "retail" pricing in it so that you can show it to your customer. We do not have a wholesale pricelist for the catalogue. For items that are not on our website, you can email us with the style number and we will let you know what your cost is.
QUESTION: Do you take special requests/orders?
ANSWER: Yes. We answer special request emails on an "as can" basis. If you require an item in a particular color or style that is not found in our on-line catalog, we accept "special" orders and try to fill those requests when possible. There is a minimum dollar amount on special order items of $100.
QUESTION: What is our return policy?
ANSWER: WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. THE ONLY RETURNS WHICH ARE ACCEPTED ARE THOSE ITEMS WHICH ARE DEFECTIVE. Please check your merchandise upon receipt. The procedure for returns of defective apparel is as follows. Call or email us within 7 days from receipt to notify us of the return and to receive authorization. "by the piece"?
ANSWER: Yes, you can buy any quantity, any style, any size and any color at
the piece price.
QUESTION: Do you ship outside of the US?
ANSWER: No, we only ship orders to the US. QUESTION: Do you sell to
the general public?
ANSWER: Yes. We are a broker for wholesale companies. We do not require a sales tax ID or permit. However, if you are located in the State of Arkansas, we must impose a State sales tax, unless presented with a valid Tax ID.
QUESTION: Is there a minimum
order?
ANSWER: Yes, there is a minimum order value of $100.
QUESTION: Are all items
in stock?
ANSWER: Not always. Sometimes there is a run on certain items, colors
or sizes, causing us to deplete our inventory. ORDERS ARE FILLED ON A FIRST
PAID FIRST OUT BASIS. If payment is not received promptly and
you choose to pay by check or money order, other orders may be filled ahead
of yours. If I am not able to fill any part of your order after receiving payment,
you will of course be reimbursed.
